Gays With Kids is the largest online magazine and resource for gay, bi, and trans fathers. To support the organization’s new coaching service — the GWK Academy — I led a team that developed comprehensive guides to walk queer men through every step of the family-building process, from start to finish.
GWK Academy
To support a new revenue-generating service for GWK, I developed a comprehensive set of resources for gay, bi, and trans men interested in pursuing fatherhood via three pathways: adoption, surrogacy, and foster care. Working closely with leading experts, I conceived, wrote, and edited step-by-step guides to becoming a father — which are available in both app and desktop formats.
Webinar Series
To increase awareness of the GWK academy, we crafted a free webinar series that offered introductory information about pathways to fatherhood. I conceived, wrote, and edited 10 separate webinar topics — including costs, legal considerations, LGBTQ inclusivity, choosing agencies and professionals, and more.
Ask the Expert Videos
To help promote GWK as a global expert on family planning for gay, bi, and trans men, we created an extensive library of hundreds of short “Ask the Expert” videos on a variety of topics — with a specific eye on SEO. I researched and located experts, developed interview topics, and storyboarded each video.
